DAY ONE: POSEIDON REEF CRUISES
This reef trip caters for snorkellers, introductory and certified scuba divers.
MV POSEIDON III, is an ultra modern 24 metre, high speed luxury catamaran. With a top speed of 30 knots, Poseidon offers a faster, more comfortable trip.

- Sites situated 70kl North East of Port Douglas, offer excellent diving and snorkelling, with equally excellent visibility

Poseidon has been awarded one of the few permits to swim with Dwarf Minke Whales. These friendly mammals are regularly encountered from May to August, while their larger cousins, the Humpback Whales appear from July to September.
PLEASE NOTE: A history of asthma, heart, ear and other medical conditions may preclude a passenger from diving. 18 hours surface interval is recommended before flying. Certified divers are required to produce their Certification Cards and complete paperwork.
Return hotel transfers from Cairns or Port Douglas are included in the day.
DAY TWO: BILLY TEA BUSH SAFARIS - CAPE TRIBULATION
Billy Tea Bush Safaris is the longest established 4WD day tour operator to Cape Tribulation. Your naturalist guides have extensive knowledge of flora, fauna, history of the area and aboriginal culture.

The first 1/2 of the journey north is very scenic with beautiful ocean views in contrast with the lush farmland around Mossman. After morning tea you will learn about the mangrove rainforests, and hopefully observe local wildlife including the Estuarine Crocodiles on the Daintree River Cruise.
